KiteTasks v1.2.0
Major UpdateAttachments arrive: drop Google Drive files or local files onto any task. Completed tasks get their own home, and a new Accounts panel manages every Google connection in one place.
What's new
- Attachments are here
- Add Google Drive files to any task. Use + Add attachment in the sidebar to pick from Drive or upload a local file. Drop files onto Kanban cards to attach them instantly, or drop them into Quick Add as you capture. Everything lands in your Drive under Apps/KiteTasks and stays linked to the task.
- Completed tasks have a home
- Click the new Completed entry in the sidebar to browse everything you've finished, newest first. Every list also gets a Completed disclosure for its own items. Press ⌘3 to jump straight there.
- Accounts panel in Settings
- See every Google account in one place — Tasks, Google Calendar, and Drive — with at-a-glance status for each, and reconnect any one of them with a single click. Reauth banners and a sidebar badge now lead you straight here when something needs attention.
- Auto-refresh on focus
- KiteTasks auto-refreshes when you switch back to it — your tasks and calendar stay current without a manual tap.
- Mixed calendar view
- Mix Google Calendar and Apple Calendar in the same view. Today and Upcoming show events from both, tinted by source.
- Hidden lists persist
- Hidden lists stay hidden across launches.
Fixes
- Fixed a silent sign-out that could happen after upgrading. You shouldn't have to sign in twice.
- Fixed task dates showing one day early in the Americas and other UTC-negative timezones.
- Fixed lists with more than 20 tasks not loading all the way through.
