What's new
- Every account in Today, Upcoming and Completed
- No more switching accounts to see what's due. Today, Upcoming and Completed show tasks from every Google account you're signed in to, and each one carries its account's profile photo so you can tell work from personal at a glance. Hover the photo to see the email.
- A sidebar grouped by account
- Your lists are now grouped under the account they belong to. Hide a whole account or just a single list with the eye button, and your calendar events follow the same choice — hide your work account and its meetings step aside too.
- Choose where new tasks go
- Click an account in the sidebar to make it the default for new tasks. Everything you add from then on lands there, while the tasks from your other accounts stay right where you can see them.
- Faster account switching
- Switching between accounts is much quicker and no longer reloads your tasks, so the board is ready the moment you click.
- Calendar reconnects name the account
- If one of your calendars needs to be reconnected, KiteTasks tells you which account it belongs to and reconnects that one — even if it isn't the account you're currently working in.
Fixes
- Reminders now fire for tasks in every signed-in account, not only the one you had selected
