A right-click menu for every task. Mark it done, make it due today or tomorrow, pick a date from a calendar, move it to another list or open it in Google Tasks — all without opening the task. Plus adding tasks straight from Today, and a smoother move-to-list from the details panel.
What's new
- Right-click any task
- Right-click a task, or click its ⋯ button, on your board, in Today or in Upcoming. The new menu lets you mark it done, make it due today or tomorrow, pick any date from a calendar, clear the due date, move it to another list in the same account, open it in Google Tasks or delete it. It works with VoiceOver too.
- Add tasks right from Today
- Today now has its own Add a task field, so you can jot something down without leaving the page. New tasks land on today by default — clear the date chip if you'd rather leave it undated.
- Newest first in Today and Upcoming
- Within each day, Today and Upcoming now list the tasks you touched most recently at the top, and a task you just added sits first right away.
Fixes
- Moving a task to another list from its details panel no longer flickers, and nothing you were typing is lost mid-edit
- Due-date labels like Today, Tomorrow and 3 days ago now appear in your language instead of English
- Overdue tasks due on the same day keep a stable order instead of reshuffling every time the app launches
